Home healthcare is a range of medical and non-medical care services that can be provided in your home, hospital, nursing home, assisted living facilities or wherever you reside. Medical care services provided in the home are performed by trained and certified medical professionals such as a nurse, or physical and occupational therapists. Yes. You can choose your own caregiver based on your preference during the intake process. Before services begin you will be asked specific questions, and our administrative team will do their best to match you with a caregiver that meets your description. All our caregivers are trained and ready to provide exceptional care. If the caregiver does not meet your expectations, we will get with our administrative team and gladly assist with assigning another great caregiver.

The first step is to schedule a consultation with one of our knowledgeable administrators to meet and discuss you or your family member’s needs. We will also answer any questions and provide additional information about all our services.
We have been providing quality healthcare services for over 20 years, so we understand the various challenges that occur when selecting proper care. Our staff must go through an extensive application process before being hired, which includes a criminal background check, medical history, calling pervious employers and references and orientation with skilled nursing team to ensure the clients needs are properly met according to their plan of care.
The plan of care ensures that the collaboration among the client’s physicians, therapists, nurses, care coordination and any other care providers facilitates the client’s needs process is documented as required. It also contains important medical information about the client which is HIPPA regulated.
Balms for LAMB, Inc. is a private pay provider that offers affordable payment options. We are affiliated with the Veteran Community Care Provider Network. Although we do not accept all insurance companies, please contact our office to see if your insurance provider is on our list. Our Administration can assist to verify your edibility. We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid currently.
At any time, you have the right to cancel your services 24 hours prior to your caregiver’s arrival.
Although Balms for LAMB, Inc. caregivers do not provide medical care, they do offer professional personal care services for clients with Alzheimer's, Dementia, or other medical conditions. Our caregivers are required to complete specialized training for conditions that include these and other medical conditions on a yearly basis under the supervision of our skilled nursing services staff.
